Really bad service

<p>As useless as writing this review is because Brightwave doesn't care about it clients I'm hoping it will help someone in making a wise decision before paying for this bad service and company. I've been with these people for months now and thier services are ****. From their customer service and to its bad Wi-Fi. They don't really know how to operate and handle their customers. I'd rather spend thousands on a good working products than this. Even if I was offered their WiFi for free I wouldn't take it. </p> <p>If you are out there contemplating using this company rather not as this will bring nothing but problems to you. I'm not trying to shame or negatively review this company I'm just sharing first hand experience with you. Rather go for openweb telkom or mweb. NOT THIS!!!</p>
