WORST SERVICE EVER

I just want to inform management of Bride & Co Parkview that I WILL NEVER refer anybody to them. The service has been absolutely horrific & I really wish I had never gone there for my dress or for suit hire. I had alterations done & went for a fitting last week 13/11. The dress was not finished. We book the next fitting for Friday 22/11. On Sunday 17/11 SOMEONE phones me asking can I rather come in Wednesday or Thursday this week. I agree on Wednesday & rearrange my plans. I phone today to confirm the booking & no one know who spoke to me but today is fully booked. No one communicates with each other there, that person just dissapeared & i have to rearrange my plans again. Friday is 2 weeks before the wedding, if I am not happy YOU WILL FIX THAT DRESS! We also hired 2 suits on 20/10, Emily said because there's alterations to be done on the groom & there was NO STOCK for the boy, we should come back again in about 3 weeks time. Again I phone to find out if it is ok for us to go through. Everyone tells me there's no fitting for hire (even though there was no stock) & Emily all of a sudden is not there & no one knows about what she said. WORST SERVICE & COMMUNICATION EVER!!!
