Worst Experience ever

I am extremely disappointed with the adjustments you have done to my dress. This is the second time that my dress is messed up with alterations. You completely destroyed my first dress, there was a huge tear in the dress which made it unrepairable thereafter you replaced the dress with a brand new one on 30 Jan 2022. This dress was perfect but I asked for some minor alterations to be done. Resizing the neck, the dress to be brought in a few cm on the bust area and adding a wrist band in order for me to lift my dress when I dance. I went for my 1st fitting of this new dress on 6 Feb 2022 and NOTHING was altered as per my requests! They assured me that on my next fitting ALL the alterations will be done and that I can merely come and see if my alterations were done properly.

I went for my fitting yesterday, 13 Feb 2022 and I was disgusted as you destroyed a second dress!! I have physical proof that this dress did fit perfectly around my bum area and that no alterations had to be done to this area. When I put on the dress it pulled around my bum as if this dress was shrunk in some way! The bust area was not aligned with the front top part. The slit in front pulls upward and creates a ugly gap. I was told you can alter the neck to add a small piece in to make it looser - this was done so poorly and makes a bubble in the front of the dress by my bust area. I have photos of the poorly executed alterations and can attach it for reference.

I was told that I put on weight and that I have pre-wedding jitters. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I am appalled that your staff will even say this to me. In no way am I to be talked to like that or any bride for that matter. This is poor customer service on your part. If you don't have the capacity to deliver a good service by offering alterations then please don't.

I am getting Married in like 3 weeks and know this is happening a Brides worst nightmare.
