Worst experience ever

Yesterday we went to Bride&co Century City and we were absolutely disgusted by your complete lack of service.

When we arrived NO ONE greeted us at the entrance, we had to sign ourselves in, scan & sanitize ourselves. Nobody told me where to go and when I went to reception I was barely greeted and given a poorly printed piece of paper that was hard to read. I completed it and was told someone will come fetch us.

After standing around for 10 minutes I went back to reception to ask for service. Our consultant came rushing barely greeting us took us to the dresses grabbed a few and pointed us to the changing station after which she disappeared.

As we were looking for brides****s dresses our bride was looking for olive green and dusty pink dresses and we were given black and navy dresses.

My bride has to constantly zip or tie me up in dresses because our consultant was missing. 45 minutes in to our appointment we were rudely advised that we have reached our limit of 4 dresses that we can fit and she disappeared while I was still speaking to her. I did my research and nowhere it was stated that we can only fit 4 dresses. I have attached the copy of your terms and conditions.

We were left there like deere in headlights not knowing how or what.

It was HONESTLY the worst experience and service I have ever received.

We ended up going to YDE where the staff was actually more helpful and got our brides****s dresses there.

So thanks to your complete lack of service delivery and rudeness you lost valuable customers... After reading some of the posts I am sad to say that it seems like it doesn't even bother you....

Perhapd when the people stop coming and you stop making money perhaps then you will better your customer service?
