Worst experience!

After 2 months of fitting back and forth and them telling me they are able to do a basic alteration (put straps on the dress as it was initially a **** tube), they kept messing it up over and over, with 2 of the fittings they didn't even attempt to fix the problem they created with the straps (it was pulling the inside of the dress outwards). 4 weeks before my wedding I am required to find a different seamstress to fix the mess they made, above all, their management had no sense of empathy or attempt to help a paying client, in the midst of our conversation, she would turn around and walk away. I am disgusted and so disappointed by the service these "professionals" offer. Highly DO NOT recommend.
