Worst Customer Service

Bride and Co Rivonia has the worst service ever. Their staff are dishonest and ***********. The atrocious treatment my mother received over a dress she bought LAST YEAR (to be worn this weekend) is appalling. Her brides****s received the wrong dresses, her dress had to be altered copious amounts of times because they just could not get it right. When they eventually did, she was told to fetch the dress yesterday and when we get there the dress has neither been dry cleaned nor steamed. This is truly unacceptable and we demand the dress be delivered today because we went on the date agreed upon yet the dress was not ready! The last manager we dealt with, Minnie, is a damn ****. I hope no bride ever goes to this store because they will 9 times out of 10 add on to an already stressful event. Utterly disgusted!
