Worse service and experience ever received

The worse experience and service ever received and it was in Boksburg K90 store... My sister bought her dress from your company months ago and asked when would the fittings need to be done the explained to her and we book the appointment... they were quick to charge her the amount that needed to be paid however they promised that the dress would be ready 2weeks before the wedding and when we arrived to collect it and do the fitting were told that it wasn’t done as the lady that dealt with her had a funeral and didn’t finish the job since we had one more weekend before the wedding the lady reassured her the dress would be ready the followed weekend.... we then arrived there today to fit and collect the dress and yet again the dress was not ready... this time the dress was done however the mesh was longer and as soon as she walked you could see the mesh sticking out and the pieces not even cut properly....my sister gets married on Friday the 2nd of March .... today is Sunday the 25th of February.... I will not recommend not ever shop at your store again
