Wedding dress

<p>Canal Walk branch – on the 01/02/2016 we paid cash for my daughter’s wedding dress… we were told that the alternations will cost me ± R200.00 and a date was given 6 weeks before her big day then she had to come back 2 weeks before the wedding again. On the first fit she did ask for straps over her shoulders with lays and the left over lays to be on the dress… when we went on the first fit after she has lost 10 kg we were told to pay Rxx amount for the alternations that I paid and I have paid for the extra straps and to put the lays on the dress…I supp**** the lays… sorry but I don’t have the amounts with me now … but I was bit shocked that it cost me so match money… but I paid it as I wanted my only daughter to be special on her wedding day… she was told to come back for an extra fitting but she need to bring more money I did not believe it so I went to the store myself again… They show they made a mistake so they refined me ± R100.00 on 2 weeks the straps over her shoulders was pinned again they told use they will fix it and it will be ready for collection the next day week before the wedding … the wedding was not hold in Cape Town so we left Cape Town a week before the wedding … on the day of the wedding the straps kept falling off her shoulders and it was sowed to the lays only.. it was never adjusted …. When I took it back a week after her wedding they told me they will refund me the money.. when I got show then the proof off the photographs they told me her dress was pulled up to high …. They offered me to dry clean the dress… and the dress will be collected on the 21/05 (2 weeks) when I went to collect the dress it was not there …. I was told it will be there the next day but she will phone me… I only received that call on Monday… I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service that I have received from Bride & co is out of my way and it is petrol parking and time wasted….” I have promised them wedding photos I did send it to them as I am an person off my word … Where did client serve gone to this days…. </p> <p> </p>
