Very poor service

Their service Is non existent. The wedding dress was bought and an appointment was made to do alterations. On the day of pickup nothing was done! They unprofessionally tried to do alterations and made a huge mess of the wedding dress. This a few days before my wedding. I had to take my dress to a dressmaker to try and fix what their “professional “ dressmaker were suppose to do!! They didn’t try to be helpful at all!! In fact after numerous phone calls none of their assistants was able to assist! Very unprofessional. Rather find somewhere else to go for your dream wedding dress. Bride and Co is not a business to support at all for special occasions.
