Unsatisfied customer!!!!

I recieved the most appalling service from "manager langa" at your branch in the cresent. I entered the store with my fiance and **** of hanor in excitment, I didn't have an appointment and stated that I was looking to compare dresses as I wanted to get my dress made. The manager langa approached us and told us we have to have an assistant helping us because it was by appointment only. There are no signs stating this. However I found two dresses that I absolutely adored and wanted to try on. We then proceeded to ask an extremely helpful consultant and she took the dress to the fitting room, I waited and when I saw no one was coming I went into the change room and tried the dress on. I loved the dress and was reconsidering my decision to make a dress and purchase the one I had on (R17 500.00). I asked the consultant if I could see the dress in a long mirror. My sister and I were admiring the dress when the manager langa came pass and asked me if she must call security as she stated we needed a consultant to help us I explained that I had a lady helping me. She was rude and arragant as if I was going to ***** this dress. This was my first encounter going wedding dress shopping. As I was taking off the dress I was so humiliated and embarrassed to have someone telling me they were going to call security because I tried on a wedding dress!!!. I took off the dress immediately and left it in the change room and went to another manager where I started to complain about the appalling service she had given me, I got so emotional that I ended up crying in the store. She came and to my horror told us "she was joking" and started to laugh ? which is not true, she started justifying her actions!!!. I left that store feeling so unhappy. Being a manager myself I would never treat any customer like that. She is a terrible sales consultant and has no managerial s****s at all!!!!. I require head office to contact me regarding this issue as I loved the dress but due to the embarrassment caused by manager Langa I would not feel comfortable in your store.
