Unresponsive and Disrespectful

<p>First- they never contacted me back after I app**** for a fitting on their website and it clearly states that they will contact you back within 24 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>Second- I went to the store in parkview. They were welcoming at the door, but as soon as I explained that I want to do alterations on a bride&co dress that I brought from a friend that did her alterations at Parkview's store. The 3 ladies behinde the counter did not even turn around properly to address me, they did wisperd to each other and then over their shoulder told me they are not going to help me. Without any reason why.</p> <p> </p> <p>They will never see ma or any of my friend again.</p>
