Unprofessional and terrible service

I got my dress from Bride and Co Canal walk and my husband got a lot of items for his groomsmen there as well. We have been married for a month now and are STILL dealing with this company. I was so excited to go to my final dress fitting just a short few weeks before our wedding. But to my disappointment I when I got there I had to wait another 20 mins as my dress was not yet steamed. When we finally got to trying on the dress. I asked for my petite coat that I had ordered 8 weeks before my wedding. Yet again to my disappointment They had NOT ordered it as the consultant resigned and there were NO sizes available in my shape nor was there enough time to order it in. I had to then buy a ballgown petite coat with my A - Line dress. This was only 2 things of COUNTLESS things that were not done on my dress. The experience was extremely stressful to say the least. Then of course there is EURO SUIT who very unfortunately are still part of our lives today. My husband bought suspenders from them for his groomsmen and we unfortunately weren't able to use them. We went to return them still in their full packing as only the colour was wrong and to our surprise was only then informed that it is policy that we could only get store credit. We were appalled by this as we did not know prior to our purchase. The manager was very understanding ****tle did we know he was taking UTTER NONSENSE) and he said we will have the full amount of roughly R1200 payed within 7 - 14 work days. It has been over a MONTH and after numerous calls and 'We will follow up and get back to you's'... we STILL don't have our money and they have their suspenders. The one man even ****led his laughter when I told him I will be coming to retrieve our money in cash. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I would advise that no one supports this company unless you are looking for some unnecessary added stress combined with unprofessional behavior and unneeded administration before your wedding day. if anyone has advise for us how to move forward please let me know.
