Terrible service

Terrible, terrible and even more terrible service from Bride and Co, Boksburg!!! Purchased my dress and had it altered as it was too big around the bust. They day I went to collect my dress, they altered it around the waist, my dress couldnt even close. I had to wait 2 and a hal hours for the seamstress to fix my dress. When I first purchased the dress, upon stitchung, the while dress pulled skew, the traps were broken. When it was altered the strapd had pulled in to my skin. I took my dress anf had it altered elswhere as they messed up the whole back of my dress. It had looked the same way it did when I initially purchased it. I was told that the dress was dry cleaned, but had dry cleaned again and you could see the dirt coming from the dress. Will never recommend Bride and Co as your wedding day is something you will never have for a second time.
