TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I made a 12pm appointment with bride and co in Umhlanga, but arrived earlier at about 11:00am so I went to the front desk to report that I was early as I had left from Pietermaritzburg early as I did not want to be late-note that I had traveled over an hour to be at the branch. We said we would walk around the centre until it was my appointment time.The lady told me that the 11am had not arrived and she would help me. She did nt introduce herself to me but I did not catch her name (indian middle aged lady with shoulder length hair). She then told me I had FIVE minutes to pick up 4 or 5 dresses which is extremely difficult as I had to browse through all the dresses, find somw in my price range and then still choose some. She was of ZERO help assisting and not once asked me what I was looking for style and budget wise to make it easier to select. She just kept running around the boutique, and not helping me whatsoever. Eventually I picked 3 dresses to try on and she took them to the changing rooms then disappeared again. I waited in the changing room for some time before she pitched up, told me to put on the one dress and then disappeared again. She said her 11am pitched up( 30 minutes late) and had to assist both of us but that I could be there until 1pm as my appointment was only meant to be at 12. She did not assist me once after that. My brides**** had to help me into all my dresses. She was very unprofessional. I then told her that I wanted the dress but needed 2 sizes smaller. I waited for over 30 minutes and NOBODY came back to me with a dress or to state that had to order or anything until I went back to the front desk-where she was just sitting to ask about the dress! She told me the other branch was too busy and she would call me at 1:30 to give me feedback on size. 2:30 came and she had still not called. I had to call her and she said they do have it in stock, could not bother to call me even though I was willing to pay for the dress there and then! I eventually went back to pay for the dress, and the only reason I didnt just walk out of there without a dress, is because I had fallen in love with the dress! I called today to find out if my dress had arrived at the boutique, and she told me it had not. I asked to just put on the dress when it arrived to make sure it was the correct one and in good condition and she told me I could not as there were no staff available! I told her that I did not need someone to asssit me as my brides****s have been doing that the whole time and to just use a change room. She then said I would need to pay R100 to pay for MY dress that I have already paid for before leaving the boutique. She made my experience horrible! This was supposed to be exciting and magical for me and she made it horrible! I had no assistance or even care from your staff! We spend thousands with you and get this kind of help! I hope another bride doesnt get this same experience. Once in a lifetime exprience! Disgusting!
