terrible service

My fiancé and I set a day to go and pick out our Wedding dress and suit. We stopped at bride&co with Eurosuit being in the same building.

While I picked out my suit as well as for my 6 groomsmen I got a call from my fiance who was in tears. It was supposed to be a joyous day for her. Instead she was left in tears by a manager by the name of Langa. Who told her she was going to call security if she did not leave. Langa assumed that she was there looking for designs for her dress not knowing that she was still deciding.

When I came to speak with my fiance Langa laughed at my fiance as she cried. My fiance loved the dress and wanted to buy it. But instead she was left heartbroken by a manager.

Is this what Bride&co stand for?

Langa is a manager and supposed to set an example for other staff. We loved the stuff we saw and were going to get all our bridal requirements, as well as for our retinue.

The service I got from Adrianne at Eurosuit was imppecable. She helped me pick out the perfect suits for our special occasion. It's sad that all her hard work is over shadowed by rude and disrespectful management.

Langa needs to learn customer service especially that she deals with future brides. She needs to understand that this is a special occasion and she needs to make it memorable not for the wrong reasons.
