Terrible experience at Bride&Co

On Saturday we had by far the worst service in the world. The woman Lydia that was meant to assist us was just completely uninterested in our experience and was just completely unhelpful. We had to ask for everything and everything is we cant help we cant we cant we cant... Her attitude was that we were irritating her more than anything. We were 5 woman and all walked out of there disgusted at the overall experience. Thank the pope I'm a brides**** and not a bride... AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL You might cater to the masses but unfortunately the masses will never have a beautiful experience with your below par service.
