Stressful experience

I called the Clearwater branch to check if they had a brides****s dress and they told me that they do not but will dispatch the dress from the Rivonia branch, she said that she will call me the next day when it arrives. The next day I call in the afternoon and the dress has still not arrived. At 5pm I walked in and the lady told me that the driver already came but the dress was not with him and she started yelling at me saying that I'm asking too many questions and she does not understand what I want from them because the dress is not at the store. So I had to drive to Rivonia and get the dress there because they took it off the rack but had not placed in the driver's hands. So it became my problem.
