****** my money and my suits

Bride & Co The worst service I have ever had. In store and management. Don't go near them I bought two suits on sale 6 months before my wedding and needed them tailored they. The seamstress and the gentleman helping me said that they will be able to make it look really nice, which the suits neither of them sat the way they promised. Now I lived in Durban so it was really hard to come in often try it on so I needed to be right. Firstly the store were very unhelpful. I would be more than happy to just have in store credit as a remuneration. Even that has been hard. The Century City has both suits that I bought as well as the money I paid in but they have been very poor at taking it up the line and getting back to me as what has happened. Even the people getting back to me from a previous post never got back to me at all.

I still am hopeful for them to come through on this but them having my money and the two suits that I bought is actually *****ing.
