Step up Bride&co

I still cannot believe for a classy and well known bridal shop I experienced such bad service. We were so excited as it was my daughter's very first dress shopping and we could not wait to get to your Canal Walk branch. We were barely greeted and were told to sit and wait for the consultant while other guests could walk around and check out the dresses. We were then informed that our consultant was running late, so we decided to browse around in the meantime. Our consultant only appeared after 10 minutes and we were told that my daughter could only fit on 4 dresses as she (consultant) still had to sanitize the cubicle for the next client. I would suggest they wear a uniform or appropriate work attire as a tights and sweater is not appropriate to wear in such an establishment. The music in the shop is inappropriate and I would suggest classical music be used to set the ambience.
