Special day in a nightmare gown, DONT BUY HERE!!!!

From the beginning my experiences at B&C Rivonia has been nothing fantastic. First consultation, not having someone help me because they are \too busy\" was alarming & I should have not gone back, however I had found a dress which I wanted for my BIG DAY. It was small at first. long story short. <br> I went for fitting #1 after paying off my dress the gown was now too big, the consultant & the alterations lady came to pin in what needed taking in (hips) the rest fitted perfectly, I stressed this & asked (& begged) them to leave the rest. With only 2weeks for the changes to be made they said its no hassle. The week before my wedding, I went for the fitting as alterations were now completed. They did their own thing & altered the top- which I asked NOT TO. They insisted & argued with me that nothing had been done, took off the dress to steam it they noticed they in fact did!!! They said it will be fixed when I come again. Days before I collected I tried it on nearly in tears & it wasn't perfect, nothing I could do. On my ONCE OFF BIG day I put the dress on & just before the Ceremony my Hook & eye broke, zip stuffed & button fell off. My R31 500 dress now held together with a safety pin!!"
