shockingly bad product and service

Our wedding was on 21 March 2015 and we ordered a flower girl dress in January. After following up several times, to date it hasnt arrived (now 1 week post wedding) and no one bothered to phone us to let us know. Plus bridal party waistcoats and ties were supp**** DIRTY with buttons missing and brides**** dress was damaged and had to be replaced. Shockingly bad product and service. Plus when you post a complaint on their facebook page, they dont display it nor get back to you. They take the most exciting time in a brides life leading up to the wedding and really take the shine out of the experience<br>
