Shocking service at Bride&co

I received shocking service at Bride&co in Parkview. I booked an appointment for 12 o’clock. By 12:30 we still had received no help from anyone. I went back downstairs to request a consultant once again and still no help. If you are not going to be helped when you make an appointment, then what is the purpose of booking an appointment?! Terrible service, I would never go back there.
