Rude store manager

I was quite disappointed with service I received from Bride and Co in Nelspruit. A friend of mine had referred me to go and see one of the consultants there as she had received good service from her. However when I got to the shop and approached a lady by the name Rejoice and asked to see this particular consultant. Rejoice rudely told me that the person I wanted to see was very busy and if its personal I must find other ways to see her. She then just walked away. She did not bother to even verify if indeed I was there on personal business or perhaps it was something that even she could assist me with. I then proceeded upstairs to the mens department to check on something and Rejoice followed me upstairs and shouted at me for going upstairs. She said I had disrespected her as store manager by proceeding upstairs to the mens department. I was not aware that people (or maybe specifically me )are not allowed to go to the mens department although there were other customers there. Rejoice then told me to get out of her store and that I will not under any circumstances see this particular consultant. She also told me that she wont have "people like you" in her shop. I don't understand how such a rude and disrespectful woman can be a manager for a well renowed bridal store moreso because all this happened in front of other customers.
