Replying STOP to sms's does not remove my number

Hi,<br> <br> When you had your sale last year I came in to look for a wedding dress. After mediocre service from both on the floor and behind the counter staff, and trying on a confusing variety of dresses, the underwhelming experience led me to not find a dress at your huge canal walk store.<br> Unfortunately for me I filled in my details before the appointment and I have been receiving promotional sms's since then. I have rep**** STOP for the 5th time today but since it has not worked before I doubt it will now.<br> Please send me an email address to which I can send my number for it to be removed.<br> Thank you.
