Really shameful

I was really disappointed with this store. I purchased my dress through the online Bride and co store and had it sent to the Parkview store for alterations. They lost my dress twice and kept asking me if I was sure I had an appointment - even after I confirmed both my appointments telephonically during the respective preceeding week, they acted like I have driven erroneously FROM WHITE RIVER MPUMALANGA, 3 hours away, for the fitting. This I did because the Bride and co in Nelspruit closed. They were dismissive and I'm sorry to say served the white clients preferentially- the first appointment I had in Oct 2020, I waited ages while they continued with other clients, not caring that they were making me stand there in a wedding dress waiting for them to make alterations. Today, it was more of the same. I had enough and asked for my half- altered dress to hand sew myself at home, because I cannot drive to Pretoria again for such ******* treatment. Don't they have any pride in their business or service. I'm not a clown off the street, I'm a medical doctor who paid good money for a service. So disrespectful and shameful
