Poor Service Bride and Co Boksburg

The worst experience dealing with the team at Bride and Co Boksburg, the total lack of care and after sales has been absolutely devastating! 3rd time back (they only needed to fix clips on my sleeves and shorten the dress) and my dress still isn’t ready a week before my wedding, from dry cleaning delays to seamstress fails it has just been an absolute nightmare dealing with them! I would not recommend this branch to any one! It’s been an absolute joke! No empathy from Jane the manager either, happy to make a sale but zero care when it’s comes to after sales! They scramble around everytime looking for my dress and asking questions like they haven’t been dealing with me before! Even asked me if I was scheduled to come back on the day they booked for me to come back? Seriously disappointed in them!
