Poor service, bad attitude - not worth the visit

After booking the 2 specific dresses and sizes for a fitting at Parkview a week later, I flew my daughter up from CPT. When we arrived it seemed they suddenly decided they dont do bookings anymore and remember taking my call and making booking but sent the dresses on to the factory instead of holding them for the booking. Nancy was the lady who took my call and helped when I walked in, she was extremely rude, sighing to my face and clicking her tongue - absolute shocking service, she should never be allowed to deal with people. She would not even look at me when I was talking to her and really did not give a damn. My daughter had to try on the dresses 4 sizes too big and overall it was a waste of time and effort, never mind the cost of the flight... This is the second time we have tried Bride & Co, but unfortunately they have not changed. Bad service, bad attitude and just not worth the visit at all!
