Poor Service at Bride and Co, Rivonia

Had the most horrible experience at Bride & Co Rivonia. I had a simple top that needed to be made and despite multiple seamstress and multiple visits up and down for fittings, the seamstresses could not get it right. I also asked Taylor if she would be willing to assist in putting my dress on the day of the wedding. She agreed after discussing a monetary fee that she gave me. On the day of the wedding she simply did not arrive, she did not call or send a message to say she could not make it. We attempted calling her multiple times on the day and sending messages, but to no avail. She responded the evening saying she was sick, no guilty conscience no regard for the distress and chaos she caused on the day. I would very much warn against purchasing your wedding gown from bride and co as it darkens the vibe of you wedding experience.
