Poor service

I went to bride and co clearwater on 6 January 2016 and found a wedding dress I wanted to buy.The lady that was assisting me (Lucia )told me they didn't have my size but she found the dress at their branch at Canal Walk in Cape Town. She took my details and promised to call me as soon as the dress arrived at the clearwater branch. I did not hear anything from her and on the 17th January 2016 I went to the store and I was told she was not there and they would tell her to call me. I waited and no response. On the 25th January 2016 I called the store and she now informs me that the dress is not available in Cape Town . They told her a few days after I left that the dress is not available. Her excuse for not calling to inform me is that it slipped her mind. This is appalling. I expected more from bride and co and their employees. Is this how they do business ?
