Poor experience with alterations

Bride & Co have lovely dresses, but I would highly recommend either buying a dress that fits 100% and doesn’t need alterations, or buy a dress and take it somewhere else for alterations. To summarise… I was back and fourth for my wedding dress alterations about 7 times and each time I came, the alterations either weren’t done or were done incorrectly. At one point I eventually had to fight to change dresses and then my job card was lost for the new dress alterations. I also had to ask the seamstress to take my measurements with the measuring tape as she was just eyeballing it before that. I tried asking them to add something small to the dress over the phone and although they said they would - it wasn’t done when I arrived to collect my dress. For a bride, it just isn’t worth the stress and tears, so if you find your perfect dress at Bride & Co - just make sure it either fits 100% or take it somewhere else for alterations. ♥️
