Not worth the time or effort

From the pathetic dress shopping appointment, to after sales communication. What a waste of time.

I have sent email after email to their customer service address with absolutely no response. No response on their Facebook page either.

For such a big company, you'd expect at least a modicum of communication skills.

I would honestly rather take my money elsewhere. This establishment has cheaply made dresses, the staff are useless, and the customer service is a joke
