Not what I Paid for

It is with great disappointment that I have to complain about the place I always wanted to buy my wedding dress from only to be let down. After paying R 8400 for my dress i am told not to worry about alterations it will be covered in my price. On my pin session (13/06/2015)I'm handed a bill of 650 for alterations which i queried and wasn't given a valid reason for. Now today my dress is so much smaller and the seamstress insist that i have picked up weight. Its the only explaination. Which isnt the case as all my garments/clothing still fit the same as it did two weeks ago upon my 1st fitting, 13 june. So after been given 10 stories which keep going in circles I left the store fuming! Needless to say a unhappy bride to be! This store has let the reputation and name of the company or brand go out the window ... No person i come across will ever get a good review from me about bride and co. Im disgusted and disappointed in the company i had the greatest respect for to give me such treatment. Its a month before my wedding and this is what i need to deal with!
