NO REFUND!

Bought flower dress and eternity dress for a wedding. 3 weeks later wedding was cancelled. Struggling for 1.5 months to get someone to assist in order to cancel the dresses. They refuse point blank to refund me. As it's past the 2 week return policy. (The dresses never left the premises because they had to fix, clean and iron it). They are willing to pass a credit note which is pointless to me as they don't offer anything in the shop that I am willing to buy for the same amount as the dresses. The ultimatum is \come and collect your dresses or your credit note". My argument is. With any wedding the dresses is almost the first items bought months before the time. No wedding is cancelled within the first 14 days of the planning. This is special circumstances and should be treated as such. I am not willing to buy something just for the sake of buying it. I don't like the dresses either and have no need for formal dresses like that"
