No refund

<p>Been over 12 days since I went to the store to request for a refund, was told it will take 7 days to get the refund back which was already a big inconvenience to me ..today when I phone for follow up I got a promise that I will be phoned back.2 Hours later no feedback, I phoned again and still promised to be phoned back and that's when I'm being told refund will be done 2 days later. This is bad service not acceptable at all.</p>
