NEVER use bride&co. They do not keep their commitments

NEVER use this company unless you want terrible service. My wife purchased a dress for my daughters wedding. She was told that it takes a MAXIMUM of 6 weeks to do a few small alterations. Though 6 weeks was right on the cusp of the wedding day, she agreed because we were told that it would not take longer than this. We paid and left excited. My wife called a few times to see if she could collect a couple of days earlier but was told that this was not possible but everything was still on track. The first contact that was initiated by the company was on the morning of collection when they wanted to push collection to a later date and time. We told them that this was not possible and we would collect on time. SURPRISE SURPRISE, the dress is not ready! Shocking service. The only thing they achieved was more stress just before the wedding.
