Money outstanding for over a year!!

I have been dealing with a man named Eric and I have been promised payment time and again. This is an ongoing matter that spans a year and the lack of assistance is just enough now. It is money that is due to us, it is payable and so I cannot understand why it is not being paid. We are not asking for goods that are not owing to us. Eric had the attitude that I must call him back about him not doing his job. It is just madness.
