Misleading information

I ordered a dress from Tasneem due to the store not having my size.The dress was R4400 not once was i told that the store has a no refund policy.When the dress arrived i fitted it on only to discover that the dress was extremely uncomfortable.I called Tasneem the very same day telling her i will be returning the dress only for her to break the news to me about there no refund policy.I was so upset and asked her why she never mentioned this to me her response was because i looked happy with the dress i demanded to speak to her manager who agreed she haf to inform me about the policy.I called the head office the Monday morning explaining what happened then i was told i will be refunded.My fiance took back the dress the very next day and was told the money will be in my account the Friday.I have not received anything after numerous phone calls to head office speaking to different parties i still have not received a cent.I would advice anybody reading this to read up on the consumer protection act and make contact with the sufficient person with regards to Bride & Co misleading and lying to there clients.I will be contacting them first thing in the morning.
