I don't trust Bride & Co

Something must be said about this...

When we got married in March this year, Bride & Co Parkview presented my wife with a wet dress, unacceptable, but we let it slide (enough stress already on your wedding day, having to sit with a wet dress as well).

Now over the weekend we took her dress for a final clean, before we put it in storage, for our move end of September.

We got there, the staff was super confused, slow to help and rude, apparently it will take 3 weeks to clean the dress - which is fine, but will it get done? They're insanely disorganized, so I am a bit concerned... Obviously sitting with trust issues.

Hi Guys The situation escalated, yesterday 10:47 Parkview bride and co phoned my wife, insanely rude, saying its been two weeks since we brought in the dress and we gave her the wrong number. 1) Its been a week (think shes thinking about someone else) 2) Even if we gave the wrong number (which I doubt, will look at the slip) – don’t *** out customers. 3) We don’t care that its going to take 3 weeks, I am concerned about Parkview treating us like we’re a piece of ****, not acceptable. I don’t understand why we’re receiving treatment like this? If you’re not going to do something about this situation, we will take it further with a third party arbitrator that is willing – this is not on???!!! Regards Christoff
