Horrible **** service

Had the worst experience at bride and co mentioned all my faults went for second fitting staff were looking for my dress. The dress was not ready as they did not know where the dress was inside the store. To top it off after waiting one of the ladies who was looking for it mentioned to me that they did not even know that I had an appointment booked on the day when I asked how that’s possible she said she doesn’t know. Further on seamstress the “professional “ was called as she wasn’t present and explained I was too upset to even speak to her they( manager) had asked me what needs to be done as I said it’s not my job to tell them how to do their job she got annoyed raised her voice making her eyes so huge giving me a looking that would probably kill even though she tried to keep calm clearly her not being able to hide how annoyed she got with me change of tone in her voice for a manager was absolute disgusting. I had asked for a refund they refused and referred me to mail the superiors. I asked to speak to the superiors and was denied that after numerously saying that she would get the person on the line for me to speak to but ends up walking away with the phone not ole em sure if she really called. I’m so disgusted to have dealt with such unprofessional lying sneaky people who only care about the money and not the client. As much as I felt I no longer trust them to fix my dress I called and asked to speak to manager as she made me fill in a refund form only to get an email from the apparent brand manager stating to come back I then asked for all alterations to be free of charge as I refuse to pay for ****ty work and still got denied. My wedding is in 9 days and this is the poor service I get with regards to settling the case they bring up and alteration that was discussed as I asked if the cup size of the bra (breast pads) is the biggest and was told that it was I had asked for it to be removed and was told to lower it if I was still not happy they would remove it and no charge was mentioned for it. Although my planner handled the issue yet they lie to say that when I went for the second alteration that I then asked for the breast pads to be removed which was a lie. Lies deceit unprofessionalism stinking attitudes more lies and greedy for money other places services are top tier compared to the **** I got had I know this would be the service I would have never set foot in that damn place.
