HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND TREATMENT AS IF YOU AS A CUSTOMER, IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you ever considered doing business with Bride & Co, please AVOID them - they have the most useless and terrible customer service and are rude!!!! If you have a complaint, they just simply refer you to their "customer service" and give you an email address. When you write to them, they do not reply and / or respond and then when you phone, they claim to have responded but strangely you did not get their so-called "response"!!!!!!!!!!! The whole time they just talked over me and does not give me a change to finish my sentence and eventually they put the phone down in my ear!!!!! I really am extremely disgusted with the way they "treat" a customer and will NEVER EVER recommend them to anybody!!!!!!!!!!! They treat you as if you are garbage and have no respect at the branch neither at their Head Offices!!!!!! I even tried to get hold of the Owner of the business but just heard that I have to speak to customer services??????? How can there be a business without a owner????? That completely blasts my brain!!!!!!!!!!
