Horrible customer service

Went to the parkview branch wanting to buy a dress for my sister I was refused entry to see the dresses and before they could hear me out they directed me online i found a black lady with red short hair she told me I must go online because the store doesn't have prices on the dresses I would have to ask her each time for a price. I bought my dress at this store and the very first time I got horrible service and let it slide but now that it's happening again I must address it. What ius the point of having a walk in store if you are going to direct clients to do online shopping if I wanted to do it online I would have done that, the attitude was disgusting there is no eagerness to help clients at that branch or they just underestimate people I don't know what the issue is you sell beautiful dresses but your staff is definitely letting you down you need to sort it out soon before you lose more clients
