********** service!!!!

No accountability, no communication, *********. After purchasing a dress at bride and co parkview in APRIL, it was sent in for dry cleaning because it was a sample dress. I received NO communication when my dress was ready and the phones did not work so for months I was unable to call them. I eventually went to fetch the dress without knowing if it was ready or not. Got there and the dress was wrinkled and DIRTY as if someone had worn it. It had several pen marks and dirty marks. I requested a refund because they did not have another one of the dress. I was told I could only get store credit. I could not find another dress I liked and again requested a refund. It is an absolute nightmare trying to communicate with bride and co, they do not answer any emails and when u call no one can help u and state someone will call u! Well here I am waiting for someone to call me wrt my refund still on Nov 1. I purchased this dress in APRIL! No accountability! No one answers phones and no one calls back or responds to your emails. I will be taking legal action!
