Great Service at Rivonia, Terrible Service at Parkview

My experience with Bride & Co has been both good and bad hence my 3 stars. I live in Pretoria East and Parkview is the closest branch to me. I went there with my brides****s to get dresses and the consultant was useless, she did not pay attention to detail, didn't take down sizes or any information. When we called to find out how far the dresses were, there was suddenly confusion. I called them several times and got no response. I wrote on their Facebook page and honestly the response I received was unhelpful. My **** of honor then made contact with the Rivonia branch and told me that we would be dealing with Geraldine and Mini. I was thoroughly impressed by attention to detail and customer service. I preferred to drive from Pretoria to Rivonia rather than going to Parkview which was about 7km away. Bride & Co brand, please train your staff at Parkview. I wish Geraldine and Minie could be cloned so that the customer experience improves. You have no idea how this bad service is ruining your brand as well creating a very negative long lasting perception. Brand and Marketing department, you are not doing your job and clearly do not care about the experience we as consumers experience. Anyone who reads this, please rather contact Geraldine and Minie at Rivonia only!
