Extreme bad service and experience!!!

Good Day. So my fiancé went for a fitting and found the One!!! She came home, and phoned the consultant to email the banking details. While waiting, the consultant sold the dress.. Then the consultant told US there is another one in the warehouse, so we did the payment. After 5 days we received a call and were told it is a different dress because the wrong barcode was used...

My fiance is devistated, being dissapointed 2 consecutive times!!! It is unacceptable and very unprofessional. It is not our fault the consultant is incompatent in doing the work properly.. How many woman will you dissapointed aswell for Her BIG Day!!??

The solution from Bride and Co is a refund, which will take 7 to 10 working days.. Not even trying to assist OR to solve the problem.. Will recommend the company to no future bride..
