DON'T BUY FROM BRIDE AND CO!!!!! You've been warned

Bride and Co has zero flexibility and offers zero assistance. Their policies are absurd for bridal wear and to be honest, not at all clear. Zero returns and refunds for any sale items (90% of their stock is on sale, all, the, time) so basically you need to 200% sure your body won't change, nothing will happen, covid wont hit your wedding, basically nothing must change because you will be stuck with a dress you will never wear. After going to Bride and Co with some ideas of my own such as, ill get all my brides****s dresses', the grooms suits, everything that would have probably amounted to more than the dress. Tammy Taylor in their head office responded in the classic, sorry our policies are our policies which I get but it go worse when I expressed my absolute frustration in their lack of flexibility when it came to real life situations as well as the cold generic response showing absolutely no humility or care what so ever, Tammy Taylor turned around and stated that my email had upset her and therefore she will no longer deal with me. it is noted that she is the head of customer service so the fact that a customer complaint made her that upset that she could actually choose not to deal with me is mind blowing. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, this is just my experience and I would advise other brides to shop around, there are some incredible bridal boutiques that offer such amazing service and understand that a wedding is more than just a big wholesaler lining their own pockets. At the end of the day, policies are policies and i can't tell someone how to run their business but never in my life have I come across an individual such as Tammy Taylor who is in the position to deal with customer complaints that turns around and states well this has upset me so I wont deal with this. Is that what customer service has come too? Well if you're unlucky enough to deal with Tammy Taylor from head office, that is what you can expect. it is still crazy for me to think that the staff at Bride and Co Canal walk were so helpful, they honestly believed that we may be able to come to some sort of arrangement, they were willing to help, until you get to head office and have to deal with Tammy Taylor, good luck. Chalk and cheese responses. Please be aware of their policies as they will not tell you when you are actually making this big decision for your once in a lifetime day. We are people, life happens, things change Bride and Co, life is not as black and white as your policies. We're all able to make our own decisions and mine is to advise anyone to never go to Bride and Co, terrible terrible experience for such a joyous day. If there is anyone else at Bride and Co head office that would like to 'deal' with me please feel free to reach out, your head of customer service doesn't seem to like to deal with customer complaints.
