Disgusting service at Bride&co Parkview
I went with my daughter for an appointment for a fitting at Bride&co Parkview on the 21st of August. What a disappointment! It was crowded and full and I was told to assist my daughter in the change room, after waiting patiently. We were not happy that the promised assistance was given to us but was eager to see and fit dresses. We had no idea what sizes to get. Totally let down, we left. Kay saw us leaving and begged us to give her a chance. She gave us 3 dresses and the third one was the dream dress. She looked like a princess! My daughter was over the moon and I bought the dress without hesitation!! I also purchased a fingertip vail. It was a brand new dress without a price tag. Unfortunately the wedding is cancelled and we took the dress back this morning, the 30th of August. We fulfilled all the requests for a refund. My husband is a fiery passionate person and was quick to make it clear that all we want is a refund. The manager was immediately aggressive, rude and told us to leave the store, after she made a call. She informed us that it was a sale item and won’t be refunded. Nowhere did it say it was a sale item. I’ve noticed several similar complaints on hello Peter and most of them from the Parkview branch! A sad experience at the Bride&co Parkview. Please help !
