DISGUSTED in this so CALLED PROFESSIONAL store!!!!

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the service i got from your Clearwater branch! Firstly my dress went missing after i took it in for alterations.... secondly i paid R 850.00 for THESE supposed alterations.... when i collected my dress yesterday AFTER it was found!!!!!! The dress is so DIRTY (But i paid for it to be dry cleaned?) then the zip is hanging on literally by 1 tiny thread!!!! Then there is a 5 cm GAP at the bottom of the ZIP??????? my wedding is in 2 weeks... Bride & Co is a well know supposedly "Professional"bridal store. When we walked into the store yesterday just after 4pm i though i walked into a shebeen there was inappropriate house music blasting i couldn't even hear the lady talking??? I want the REGIONAL or AREA mangers number and i want it NOW!!!! you WILL pay for my dress to get fix and BY A PROFESSIONAL whom takes pride in bridal wear, this is a WEDDING GOWN not just a tiny summer dress.... Pindi assisted me and then i got told that Mpho is "NEW" hence they couldn't find my dress?? there is a lack of pride and management in this store!!!!
