Disgraceful service

<p>After a long search I found a dress at Bride&co nelspruit. Nomfundo at the store begged me to purchase it there and not go to Pretoria like I wanted to. I gave the dress in 3 weeks in advance for some minor alterations. On fitting day my dress was cut shorter than requested, not taken in at all and the diamond broach not attached to my belt but directly to my R5500 designer dress!!! I was utterly disappointed by gave them another day. On Thursday the broach was on the belt but the belt not attached to the dress as per my specifications and my dress damaged where the broach was removed!!! A lady from their HO was there & insisted I wait for them to rectify. I'm sorry it's not a 5min job as the belt was meant to be part of the dress and worked into the zip. I'm in tears. My beautiful gown has been ruined!!! I feel they should've replaced my dress or reimburse me. I also ordered a jacket that was never ordered and now have to wear my dress without!!! No care from the store or the so called HO person. Apparently training her staff...I think they need a bit more than that and she definitely needs a kick up her #@@#</p>
