Disappointed bride

Bride and co in canal walk was really a very unpleasant experience, I went in hopes of purchasing my wedding gown , How ever the expierence was really not a great one consultants were more interested in coversation with each other rather than assisting me Iv been roaming in the store for almost 30mins without being asked wether I could be assisted I then walked up to one lady to ask about the dresses and even had said I'd like to purchase I was told to make an appointment in order to be able to buy this is really not great service and I will definitely now go else where
