I purchased a dress form Bride& co Boksburg last year August. The dress was R20,000 so we put down a 25% deposit which was R5000. and the another R2500 towards the dress. 2 Months later I decided that this was not the dress for me. Bride &co contacted me several times after I have cancelled. To ask me whether they can refund me or we can keep the credit for Brides****'s dress ect, which I did. But I have to forfeit the 25% Deposit of R5000 which leaves me with a credit of R2500. I was fine with this at the R5000 was a deposit. I got to Bride & co this past Saturday the 18/08/18 where we had fittings for the brides****'s. Claudine was the lady that always phoned me a followed up, and attended to us on Saturday she was busy with my paperwork, she asked to be excused she's just going to phone her boss. She came back minutes later telling me I can purchase for the full R7,500.00. Claudine went the extra mile to help me, and this really helped alot. I purchased all my brides****'s dresses and accessories and my flower girl dresses. Claudine you are a star, I cannot thank you enough!!!
